Ingredients
2 (10 ounce) packages of chopped spinach, thawed and drained(set aside)
2 cups of stuffing
1 cup of grated parm cheese
1/2 cup of butter(oh yes, that much)
1/2 cup of finely chopped onions, sauteed in butter(set aside)
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a a large bowl combine/mix all ingredients. Then start rolling balls and placing them on a large baking sheet. Bake in oven for about 12-15 minutes.
