Spinach Balls...

OK... I KNOW this is waaaay late on the posting list, but this mamma has been ubbbber busy! This is my second favorite holiday app! In fact, spinach balls just smell like Thanksgiving, the aroma that comes from your oven will be seriously mmmmm mmmm mmmm!

2 (10 ounce) packages of chopped spinach, thawed and drained(set aside)
2 cups of stuffing
1 cup of grated parm cheese
1/2 cup of butter(oh yes, that much)
1/2 cup of finely chopped onions, sauteed in butter(set aside)
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a a large bowl combine/mix all ingredients. Then start rolling balls and placing them on a large baking sheet. Bake in oven for about 12-15 minutes.

THE BEST PART... you can freeze them and re-heat!!! Make ahead, and save yourself time on the big day!

Enjoy! Pin It
