Camera Advice...

Soooo I dropped my already poopy camera a few too many times and now my pics are really not looking too hot! I have a SUPER small budget and was hoping some of you could give me advice on what cameras might be the best option!!!

I can not spend over $250! So very sad, but my money tree is so very small. I realize this budget is crazy little, but I was thinking there must be something out there that I can get with this amount of fundage?!?

Any advice would be crazy, insanely, most wonderfully appreciated!

  2. Canon Digital Elph all the way... I am on my third now and will never buy another brand. They are so easy and the pics are great!

  3. I have a Panasonic DMC-ZS3, which I know is $300 on Amazon and above your named price, but I thought I'd still mention it because it's sooooo good. It beats out my mom's $700 camera when it comes to shooting in low light on the automatic setting (she doesn't know how to use it any other way), and the zoom is awesooooooooooome. The previous model is only $210, so maybe you could read the reviews and see how that one is.

  5. look at point and shoot camera's, i know you covet the dslr, but some point and shoots get just as amazing shots once you learn the different settings.... look at pw's (PIONEER WOMAN) photography section, she had a contest and the lady that won the macro contest had a regular old point and shoot, the shot was AMAZING!

  6. Hi Jessica!

Hope you're having good luck finding a new camera...it's never an easy task! I do have a semi-unrelated question for you. Did you make the paper topiary that's pictured in this post? I absolutely LOVE the idea and have been searching online for instructions...but haven't been able to find any. Any guidance you can give would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!
