Tulle Pom Poms...

 tulle pom poms

Those of you who follow this blog know how much planning I put into my daughter's birthday parties! Well... I also like to do most things myself- which in the end, never works out!!! Between working full time, launching Party Box Design, filling orders, and having a soon to be two year old- there just never seems to be enough hours in the day.

THANKFULLY I have a very creative family! Soooo THESE crazy cute pom poms were created by my fabulous Mom!

I love the idea of the tissue poms that are being featured in parties everywhere and thought... hmmmm how could I use this idea but make it fresh and new????

Wellll...I LOVE TULLE! Sooooo I decided to combine this idea with the new fabric and placed my Mom as CEO of this project! UMMMMMMM Mom... they are perfect and I can't wait to see them in person! THANKS!

Will your Mom share the how to on these?? I tried making these but mine didn't turn out...the tulle was too flimsy but I love these!

Those are cute! I made small ones.. Did she have to use the spray starch to keep em stiff?

Thanks Guys! I have not seen them in person yet, but she used a TON of TULLE! No on the spray starch!

These are cute! Spray starch does work great to keep them UP. We'd made these before! Moms are the best, mine is my secret weapon! :)

Love love love these! I think I'll make some to decorate my girls' second birthday party. And their room. And their playroom. You can never have enough tulle as far as I'm concerned ;) Thanks for sharing!

Darling, we are thinking alike, just made some for a ladybug party I staged last week! Easy to make! I made mine pretty much just like the tissue ones, plus you can use over & over! Looking forward to seeing your party. Carli

I'm making tissue paper poms for a baby shower but would love to give these a try for my daughter's birthday. I'm going to try to make them the same way (maybe with more rectangles of tulle)

Very airy and delicate. I'm going to try to make a hairband for my daughter with this idea!
