Nojito (non-alcholic Mojito)
Ingredients:
crushed ice
8 mint leaves
3 ounces lime juice
1 1/2 ounces sugar syrup
2 ounces club soda
garnish with mint
Directions:
1. Fill a pint glass 1/3 full with ice, then add mint leaves.
2. Add the lime juice and sugar syrup.
3. Lightly mash the leaves together with the liquid using a muddle stick or wooden pestle, careful not to tear the leaves.
4. Fill the glass with more ice, then add club soda.
5. Garnish with mint, serve, and enjoy!
I haven't actually tried this myself, but I was at a winery in VA over the weekend and they suggested making a cocktail with rose wine. You put 1/2 glass champagne (or some sort of spritzer if you prefer) with 1/2 glass rose, and pop in a few berries. They said it is yum!
You can never go wrong with a classic of chambord and champagne, that's my favorite! Top it off with some floating raspberries, yum!
Sangria!!

I also love cocktails and have imbibed my fair share today (I'm at the beach, FORGIVE ME!) ... I know this isn't fancy, but I absolutely love champagne paired with any type of juice... cranberry, pink lemonade, yellow lemonade, just anything. Put it in a drink dispenser and you are good to go - a cheap drink that everyone LOVES!
Thanks Guys!!!
fresh strawberry and raspberry margaritas! yum!
