Recipe Re-Post "Black Bean Salsa"

Had to re-post this in case anyone missed it the first time! This simple recipe is out of control YUMMY! Perfect for entertaining and pairs beyond well with margaritas!

REALLY, the BEST black bean salsa ever, I just had to share...

2 15oz cans black beans, rinsed & drained.
2 TBS chopped pickled jalapenos or fresh jalapenos
4 cloves minced garlic
3 TBS olive oil
1 10oz package frozen corn(I use Trader Joes roasted corn)
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 large tomato seeded & diced
3 TBS chopped cilantro
3 TBS fresh lime juice
1 TBS chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin

Cut and combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips. So simple and sooooo yummy! Ooooh I also like to kick up the heat, so I add extra hot peppers, any variety will do.

P.S. Let me know if you all make it and what you think!
