Green Smoothies + Weight Loss

As of December 1st 2012 I have lost 25.25 total body inches.
Literally, over 2 feet of FAT.
I exercise at least 3-4 days a week, eat real whole food, low carbs
and start every single morning with a green smoothie!
I am horrible with recipes, as I never measure anything... but I can tell you what I place into that gorgeous blender!
Organic Kale and/or Spinach
Almond Butter
Chocolate or Reg Almond Milk
1 Banana
Chia Seeds
Ice Cubes
Greek Yogurt
Simply mix all those items in your blender and enjoy!
YOU will feel full until lunch!
This simple smoothie has changed my life and you must try making it!
P.S. I have lost all that weight... and still cheat on the weekends! I have been going by the 80/20 rule. Which means I can only cheat 20% of the time!
