Grilled Pizza... amazing!

The hubs and I entertained this weekend and we wanted to have a fun, interactive meal...

It's literally so beyond delicious and the toppings are endless! We decided to make margarita, Mexican, Greek, and sun dried tomato pizzas! WOW is all I can say.

To make grilled pizza, we purchased dough from Trader Joes!
Then separated the dough in half, essentially 8 oz each. I let it rise for about 1 hour, then rolled and brushed it with an olive oil blend. The blend included extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and fresh garlic. This needs to be done so that the dough doesn't stick to the grill.

Place your grill on medium high heat and spray the grill grates. Slide on pizza dough and cook for about 60-90 seconds... until pizza bottom browns and the top bubbles!

NOW turn your grill temperature down, to LOW heat.
Once the dough is cooked, flip it over
and cover the cooked side with anything and everything delicious.
Then bring the pizza back to the grill and spray the grates again with an olive oil spray.

You will need to turn the pizza about a 1/4 turn EVERY TWO MINUTES until the cheese melts.
No one likes burnt pizza! We cooked our pizza's for about 8 minutes each.
Our guests loved each pizza, it was hard to pick a favorite.
It was really fun to have 4 different options... even the kids enjoyed the pizza!

I must admit that this was one of the best meals we have served this Summer and we entertain a lot.

The pizza was sooooo good... we joked about opening our own grilled pizza food truck!

Cheers Y'all!
